Exchange & returns

Unwanted Items

We value our customers and aim do deliver excellent customer service to you. We offer a 14 days return policy for unwanted goods, for a full refund on product cost, providing the product has not been used with tags and packaging still intact. Please note that postage costs must be paid by customer for unwanted items. A full refund of products and delivery cost will ONLY be issued, if unwanted items are exchanged for another.

Faulty Items

You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Exchanged items due to product fault, will be posted back to customer without additional delivery charge. If the item you received is faulty, please contact us stating your order number, name, address, details of the product as well as the reason for return. Also state if you require a replacement or a full refund.
